We ship throughout France and internationally. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and the weight of the order.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the order is confirmed.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination.
For France, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
Europe, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days.
USA, delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid delays or misdeliveries.
Tracking is not included in the standard shipping price. If you'd like to add tracking, please select the tracking option at checkout for an additional fee.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.
Conditions for Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
Return Process: To start a return, please contact us at contact@amazira.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item. Returns must be sent via your local postal service. Please choose a service with tracking for added security, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 48 hours. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
